These Terms govern your use of unprint. By creating an account or placing a job, you agree to them.
Effective: 7 January 2026 · Operator: Unprint Logistics Inc. · Dublin, Ireland and Berlin, Germany
unprint helps you submit print jobs to providers and arrange delivery. You’re responsible for the content you submit and for using the service lawfully.
unprint is operated by Unprint Logistics Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our contact: [email protected].
The service lets you upload documents, configure print options, and submit a “job” that may be accepted by an independent print provider and delivered by an independent courier or mail service. We may provide status updates and an audit/event timeline.
Some jobs can be cancelled or edited only before certain fulfillment stages. Refund eligibility depends on the state of the job, whether printing has begun, and whether delivery has been initiated. If a job is defective or not delivered, contact us at [email protected].
You may not use the service to upload, print, or deliver content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, or otherwise unlawful. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit the documents you upload, including personal data and confidential materials.
You retain ownership of your documents. You grant us and our providers/couriers a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service (printing, delivery, support, fraud prevention, and compliance).
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every job will be accepted by a provider. Where required by law, certain warranties cannot be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims related to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Dublin will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by posting an updated date, or via email for account holders).
