How the product behaves

  • Jobs and events: jobs progress through states and produce an event timeline.
  • Delivery: independent couriers/mail partners may deliver based on the selected mode.
  • Retention: file artifacts are designed to be deleted after delivery based on a retention window.

Security & access

Documents are handled as jobs. Access is role‑gated (customer vs provider). Providers only get what they need to fulfill a job.

Retention (“shredding”)

File artifacts are designed to be deleted after delivery based on a retention window. Legal hold can block deletion when required.

Acceptable content

No illegal content, abuse, or sensitive material you’re not authorized to share. You’re responsible for the documents you submit.
