When a supported route is accepted, Paperboy records job state and exposes only the tracking information appropriate for the customer or recipient.

Can I sign up as an independent Paperboy courier? +
Not today. There is no independent courier onboarding, job marketplace, or payout entitlement. We will publish a real application flow if the Messenger pilot opens.
Who delivers Paperboy orders now? +
Depending on the quote, fulfilment may be pickup, post, a print provider's own delivery, or a supported third-party courier. The order-specific checkout is authoritative.
What is Paperboy Messenger? +
It is a future model under evaluation: an approved local operator could print and deliver one job. Eligibility, insurance, identity, custody, pricing, and payout rules are not final.
